Illustration Order Form

This order form is for Illustration commissions. If you'd like to order multiple commissions, please fill it out once for each piece.

You can expect to hear from me within 2 business days of filling out this form. I'll email you back to confirm receipt with any questions about your project, a quote, and the date by which I can have it finished, and from there will send you a Paypal invoice. If you don't hear back from me, please fill out the Questions? form below to let me know I missed an order!

Inspiration pictures (such as a photo for the hairstyle, an illustration that you like for the outfit, a product listing for the boots, etc) are very welcome! Even stick figure sketches are helpful for getting ideas across. I do charge more for working from only a written description, up to $30 depending on complexity. *
