This order form is for Illustration commissions, Icon commissions, and Reference Sheet commissions — please only fill in the fields for your type of commission, and leave the rest blank. If you'd like to order multiple commissions, please fill it out once for each commission.
You can expect to hear from me within 2 business days of filling out this form. I'll email you back to confirm receipt with any questions about your project, a quote, and the date by which I can have it finished, and from there will send you a Paypal invoice. If you don't hear back from me, please fill out the Questions? form below to let me know I missed an order!
By ordering a commission, you agree to the Terms of Service listed at the bottom of the page.
Terms of Service
I will send preview sketches for approval for pieces over $50, and the client is welcome to request edits at that point.
Any edits requested after this stage may cost an additional fee, unless it is to fix a detail I forgot or got wrong.
Unless otherwise noted, all commissions are digital services that will be sent via email, NOT physically mailed.
I will keep the client updated if anything unexpected happens to make this commission take longer than the time estimate they have been given.
I do not offer refunds upon request, but if the client needs to cancel a commission, I will return the money for any work not yet completed. (ex: if I have not yet started then the full amount will be returned, but if I have finished the inks, I will return the total minus the cost of an inked commission.)
I will send a web-size version of the piece as well as a high resolution version, which is suitable for printing (and you're welcome to do so!)
I reserve the right to cancel and refund a commission at any point.
Please let me know if you'd like your commission to be private. Otherwise, see the point below.
I reserve the commercial rights to any commissioned artwork, and have the option to post it online or sell it as a print or poster. The client has the right to print and post the artwork anywhere, but not to sell it — if you're interested in creating merchandise for sale of commissioned artwork, I would be happy to sell those rights for an additional cost (to be discussed).
